Return Policy

Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 21 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Final Sale Items: Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes custom-made products or items marked as final sale at checkout.

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Authorisation: To initiate a return, please contact us at kitchyflamingo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damage or issue when contacting us.
Note: Due to our use of third-party production partners such as Printify, each item is made-to-order. As such, we are unable to offer exchanges for size or colour selection errors. Please refer to size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
